ABOUT ME

Alan france

Personal Trainer/Nutrition Coach

 I have been a part of sports and athletics throughout my youth and most of my adult life. I am a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, a NASM Certified Nutrition Coach, a NYS DCJS Certified PT Instructor, and a Coach for a variety of youth sports.

 

As a coach and competitor, I recognized something was missing in our community. A place for athletes to develop and thrive. It is my goal to help young athletes achieve their goals as well as providing physical function and longevity for all.

 

As a member of Law Enforcement, it is my goal to assist anyone looking to prepare for the academy or to stay fit for their everyday tasks.

I've been involved with strength training and athletics in some capacity for over 20 years and am a NASM Certified Personal Trainer. My focus over the last 5 years or better has been functional strength training movements, learning the sport of strongman, and refocusing on academy preparation for first responders. 

 

In addition to working with youth athletes, I have a passion for working with first responders or those aspiring to be first responders and develop strength and fitness that will serve them both on the job and give them a better quality of life when they get out of public service. 

 

One of the most rewarding aspects of training is helping others reach their goals and live better lives. Whether you're looking to build strength for athletic endeavors or improve movement and longevity as you age, I would like to help you get started!
